Shipping & Local Delivery Information


Don de Fleurs® is proud to offer shipping to every address in the 49 contiguous U.S. states. 

All new orders placed before 2:00pm EST during a business day (Monday - Friday) will ship the same day. Any orders placed after 2:00pm EST or business hours may not be shipped until the following business day. Our business operating hours are from Monday to Saturday, 9am-6pm.

Orders placed during the weekend (Saturday - Sunday) may be processed and shipped on the next business day.

*Please note that our ground shipping services can take up to 3-5 days (Monday - Friday), depending on the destination.


All of our arrangements are securely packaged within our custom shipping box and come with package insurance. Please be sure to follow the unpacking instructions carefully when removing the package to avoid damage to the arrangement! Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send an email confirmation including the tracking information.
If you check the status of your order and see that your item(s) hasn’t shipped yet, don't worry. We may take a little longer than you expect to ship out your order, but we won't delay the shipping if it means we'll miss the expected delivery date.


  • If your order needs to be expedited, then you will have the option of choosing an express shipping method for an additional charge during the checkout process.
  • Please be mindful that we are not able to guarantee an exact delivery date and time on all orders shipped via our shipping carrier services.
  • Once your order is shipped from our fulfillment center, we are not responsible for any delays caused by our shipping carrier(s) as this is out of our control. 
  • All packages shipped through our shipping carrier(s) do not require adult signatures, and may be delivered to the recipient's address at the discretion of the delivery driver.
  • Due to uncontrollable circumstances, we will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages that have been delivered by our shipping carrier(s).
  • We do not accept orders that require shipping to PO boxes, APO/FPO or U.S. territories.
  • We do not take responsibility for orders being delivered to locations such as (e.g., hotels, restaurants, recipient's business location etc).
  • Don de Fleurs® provides instructions on caring for your flower arrangement order. Therefore, we do not take responsibility for the handling of the arrangement after it has been delivered.


We deliver in all areas of South Florida, including Miami Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Please note that a local hand delivery service fee will be applied to all orders and the actual delivery service fee charged may vary depending on the delivery location. 


We offer local same day delivery of all of our Fresh Roses in a Box and Preserved Roses in a Box arrangements in the Miami Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach areas as long as your order is placed before 10 am Eastern Standard Time (EST) Monday - Saturday. Orders received after that time, may be delivered the following business day. We do not take any orders for same day delivery on Sundays as we are closed. 


  • Please make sure to verify your recipient's delivery address and confirm that it has been entered accurately. If you provide an incorrect address, please contact us immediately so we can make the corrections or else we will be unable to deliver your package and your recipient will be disappointed by a delayed delivery!
  • While most orders are typically delivered within the specified timeframe, some destinations may take longer. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and there could be slight delays during transit. 
  • Please note that while it is uncommon, our shipping carrier(s) may deliver a package earlier than the expected delivery date.
